How do I get Timev mobile app?

Timev is available on both iOS and Android devices.Download the app from:

How Does Timev Work?

It depends if you’re approaching the app from a Buyer’s perspective (procuring Skills or Services), or Seller’s (selling your Services) via Timev’s platform:

For Buyer:

Step 1 – Sign up for an account

Step 2 – View and search for a Service

Step 3 – Chat with Seller

Step 4 – Purchase and make payment

Step 5 – Enjoy Service

Step 6 – Rate and comment

For Seller:

Step 1 – Sign up for an account

Step 2 – Submit ID and post your Service

Step 3 – Communicate with Buyer

Step 4 – Receive bookings from Buyers

Step 5 – Provide quality Service

Step 6 – Claim earnings

Must I sign up for an account?

Not necessarily, you may log in as a Guest but you are only authorized to view the Service categories and details. You will not be able to contact Sellers, purchase/procure a Service and access the full functions available in our app, which will remain inactive until you sign up. So register today to enjoy the full value Timev offers you, and it is FREE too!

How do I sign up for an account?

Select either Facebook Sign Up or Email Sign Up: For Email Sign Up, please input your details accordingly and tick the little square box to agree to our terms and conditions, before clicking “Sign Up”. Then input your mobile number in the next page, and the 4 digits verification code in the following page. Sign up done! For Facebook Sign Up, please authorize Timev to receive your basic personal information from Facebook. Then input your mobile number in the next page, and the 4 digits verification code in the following page. Sign up done!

How do I edit my Profile?

Wish to update your bio? Just go to “PROFILE” and click “ABOUT ME”, and you may edit your personal profile in the following page. Note that there are two fields: Public Profile and Private Profile. Details in your Public Profile include your information to be shown to other users; while details in your Private Profile will be personal information shown only to yourself.

How do I logout of my account?

Please go to “PROFILE” and click the “SETTINGS” button. There is a “Log Out” in the list, click it to log out.

How do I contact customer service in-app?

Wish to contact our lovely customer service representatives? Go to “PROFILE” and click the “SUPPORT” button. We’re standing by and always ready to serve you better!

How do I bookmark a service to my favorites?

There is a “©” icon on the upper right corner of every service, just click the icon and the service will be bookmarked as your “FAVOURITE”! Try it!

How do I delete chats from my inbox?

Will my account be deleted due to inactivity?

Rest assured, your Timev account will always be available and active unless you specifically request to delete it.
